Rules & Policies

To Enroll
A parent/guardian must complete the registration form, submit the annual insurance fee with the monthly tuition. Please notify the office of any changes to your contact information or class schedule. All members will be prorated at the drop-in rate as necessary.

To Cancel Enrollment
Please notify the office, verbally or written, if you are planning to withdrawal your child from class. G-Force does not pro-rate for students who withdraw mid-month. Any make-up’s scheduled after the student’s drop date will automatically be cancelled.

Insurance
All students are required to purchase insurance to participate. This annual fee is for registered G-Force members and will cover incidents on the premises, or any G-Force sponsored events. The parents/guardians are responsible for all medical deductibles. Absence for 60 consecutive days will terminate your participant insurance, and will require re-registration to participate.

Administrative Charges
Tuition is due on the 1st class of each month. Tuitions received after the 10th will be assessed a LATE fee. Students will be automatically dropped from their classes if accounts become one month past due. G-Force has a NO REFUND policy.

Monthly Tuition
Tuition is based on an average of four weeks per month. No additional charges will incur for those months with extra class days. Conversely credit will not be given for those months with fewer days due to holidays. Credit will not be given due to missed classes. Please see our make-up policy. You will not be charged for the fifth week or be allowed to make up for the fifth week if you have already attended your four paid classes. Siblings will each receive a discount per child starting the first full month of enrollment. There will be no double discounts.

Payment Options
G-Force Gymnastics accepts cash, money orders, and personal checks. There is a NSF fee on all returned checks. No out of state checks and third party checks accepted. There are NO REFUNDS of any money paid.

Make-Ups
Make-ups are offered throughout the week during our open gym times only. Please see our open gym flyer or online at www.g-forcegymnastics.com for the open gym schedule. Make-ups must be applied within 30 days of missed classes. Students must be currently enrolled to attend a make-up class.

Illness
Students who show signs of illness are expected to be kept at home until symptoms are completely gone. Any student known to be contagious, but not showing any symptoms, are expected to remain at home until well. Coaches may not allow ill students to participate in class.

Absent
If you need to take some time off, please let us know. We will reserve your child’s space with payment of the following month. Otherwise, your child’s name will be removed from the enrollment.

Tardy Policy
Please have students here on time and ready to participate. It can be both disruptive and dangerous for a child to enter a class late and miss the warm-up activities. Enrolled students will be supervised during their scheduled class times, G-Force does not have the staff to supervise minors outside of these schedule times.

Unattended children will be given an espresso and a free puppy.

Class Attendance Policy
In the event that less than 3 students are in attendance for a class on any given day, the length of the class that day will be 1/2 the scheduled time.

Attire
It is recommended that girls wear a one-piece leotard. Fitted shorts or footless tights are accepted. Boys should wear a t-shirt and athletic shorts. Zippers, buckles, or buttons on the students clothing are not allowed. Long hair needs to be secured back out of the student’s faces. Hands, feet and faces need to be clean. No jewelry while in class. Studded earrings are ok. Gymnastics shoes, or clean socks are ok for T&T practice. G-Force Gymnastics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Safety
Only registered students are allowed on the gymnastics floor. Children must be escorted into and out of the gym by an adult, and must be accompanied by a coach when on the gym floor. Students are not allowed to wait in the parking lot. Parents are allowed to watch classes from the waiting areas. Please do not call for your child from the observation area. This behavior could be dangerously distracting to any person on the gym floor. If you need your child, please let an employee know and they can escort your child to you. G-Force Gymnastics reserve the right to remove students/parents from the gym if they are deemed to be a danger to themselves or others, arising from disobedient, defiant or disrespectful behavior. G-Force officials have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Moving Up
When your child is ready to advance, the coach will speak to you. Come up to the front desk and the staff will help you to enroll in the next level.

Snacks
No food, drinks, or gum are allowed on the gym floor. When eating in the lobby, please help keep the area clean.

Private Lessons
½ hour PL to be scheduled/approve by G-Force coach. Recurring PL to be paid for one week in advance. PL may be shared and have up to 3 athletes. No refunds for missed or cancelled PL’s.
